We love the chairs. The caster wheels, however, are screwed in by threaded bolts that pivot as the wheels pivot...which results in gradual unscrewing from the chair! When this happens, the chair will suddenly "crush" the bolt, bending it 90 degrees and rendering the chair useless. I've requested a replacement, which has been promised, but two months has now elapsed while the chair still sits, discarded on its side, at the edge of our kitchen.
