Had these stools in the shorter version in Florida. Moved to Tennessee and just had to get them again in the taller version for a higher counter. These stools are solid but not as heavy or cumbersome as wood stools - makes them easy to move. They have an 'airy' design which reduces bulk and creates a more space-saving look. The cushioned seat and back rest are extremely comfortable, even for folks with ample girth. The colors are earthtone with a pleasing design motif. We love them and so do our guests.
